Our Commitment

At RACETECH MOTORSPORTS LLP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully so you understand how returns and refunds work.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 2 days receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted unless the item is found to be defective (see Section 5 below).


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and seals intact.

  • You must have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or order number).

  • The item must not be listed under Section 4 (Non-Returnable Items) below.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Electrical components (e.g., sensors, ECUs, relays, switches).

  • Fluids, lubricants and chemicals.

  • Gaskets, seals and O-rings once the packaging has been opened.

  • Items that have been installed, modified or used.

  • Special-order or custom-fabricated parts (see Section 9 below).


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

You will need to provide: Purchase Invoice, Warranty Certificate if any. 

  • Your order confirmation email or order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Photographs and/or video evidence of the damage or defect.

We will assess your claim and, where valid, offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A replacement item.

  • A store credit.

  • A full or partial refund.

We will not be responsible for claims under this Section reported outside the above window.


5. Compatibility and Fitment

It is your responsibility to verify that the parts you order are compatible with your vehicle before purchasing. We provide fitment information as a guide only, and we recommend confirming compatibility against your vehicle’s manufacturer specifications.

If you contact us to verify compatibility after placing an order and the item has already been dispatched, we will not be liable for any return shipping costs incurred.

If an item does not fit your vehicle but is otherwise in perfect, unused condition, you may still return it within the standard return window under Section 2, subject to the conditions in Section 3.


6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@racetech.co.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for our team to review your request and send you a Return Authorisation confirmation — do not send items back without this.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging as per the conditions in Section 3.

  4. Ship the item to us at: A28 HMT Industrial Estate, Bangalore, 560013, India.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., ordered the wrong part), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during a return.


8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 14 business days the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.


9. Special-Order and Custom Parts

Items that are ordered specifically for you (e.g., special-order or custom parts) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been placed with our supplier, unless the item arrives in a damaged or defective condition.

If you need to cancel a special order before it has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the order value may apply.


10. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@racetech.co.in.

  • If your order has not yet been confirmed and dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. 

  • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may return the item after delivery at your own cost, subject to this Policy.

  • If you refuse delivery without notifying us in advance, you may be responsible for any return shipping fees charged by the courier.
