We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, shipping costs and related matters.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses across India.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or incomplete addresses. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days if the product ordered are available in stock, and post receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Our Courier Partners
We ship your orders through trusted logistics partners, including:
Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, Shiprocket, DTDC, India Post, etc
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate courier for your order based on various factors including your location, the size and weight of the package, and service availability.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
You can also track your order by:

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. RACETECH MOTORSPORTS LLP is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery charge as per actuals may apply.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because you are not available at the delivery address, our courier partner will typically attempt re-delivery or leave a notice with instructions. After [2] failed delivery attempts the parcel may be returned to us.
If you request the courier to leave a parcel unattended at your address, you accept responsibility for the safety of the parcel from that point onwards.
8. Delays
We will do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by:

9. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days over the estimated delivery time specified in Section 4 of this Policy after your dispatch confirmation, please contact us. We will raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
Please note that investigations with couriers may take 15 business days to resolve. We will keep you updated throughout this process.
10. Damaged Parcels on Delivery
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take photographs and videos of the outer packaging and the damaged contents before opening the parcel fully.

Note the damage with the delivery executive where possible.

Contact us at info@racetech.co.in within 2 days of receipt of the damaged parcel with your order number and photographs.

11. Bulky and Heavy Items
Some car parts suspension kits, body kits, engines are heavy or oversized and may attract additional shipping charges or extended delivery timelines. Any applicable surcharges for bulky items will be displayed at checkout.
