Description
The Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system for the BMW M340i (G20, G21) 2025 is engineered using high-grade lightweight titanium, paired with hand-crafted carbon-fibre tailpipes and a robust stainless-steel link pipe set. It is designed to optimize sound and performance, incorporating two valves—one more than the original stock system. A TNG controller is included to manage the additional valve, ensuring seamless functionality.
This system enhances the sound experience with two tuned resonators developed specifically for the latest straight six-cylinder engine. The exhaust note is deep and sporty, with no unwanted drone or harshness during regular cruising. Acoustic reflectors on the tailpipes help direct sound into the cabin, adding a thrilling auditory dimension to the driving experience. Additionally, custom-cast parts from the Akrapovič in-house foundry enable precise performance engineering.
Weighing just 21.7 kg, it delivers a 23% reduction over stock, contributing to improved agility. Tested on the Akrapovič dyno, it shows a power increase of +8.7 kW at 5,600 rpm and torque gains of +17.1 Nm at 4,100 rpm. This product is intended for non-OPF vehicles and track use only. Please note that two product codes must be ordered due to packaging. Compatibility also includes the BMW M340i xDrive Touring (G21). An additional stock valve actuator is required for installation.
