BMW M5 (G90, G99) 2025 – Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium)

The Akrapovič Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium) for the BMW M5 (G90, G99) is constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium and is engineered to pair with the Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system. It features a precisely cast X-connection, produced in-house, which merges the exhaust gases from both engine banks to produce a signature performance tone and enhanced flow dynamics.

This upgrade results in a significant weight reduction of 72.6% (19.6 kg) compared to the standard stock exhaust component. When installed alongside the Slip-On Line (Titanium), it delivers noticeable power and torque increases: +8.5 kW at 6,150 rpm and +15.6 Nm at 2,550 rpm, as tested on the Akrapovič dyno. The sound profile dynamically changes with RPM and load, offering deep tones during cruising and spirited backfires on downshifts.

For optimal function and to avoid check engine lights, ECU remapping is mandatory when fitting this link pipe set. Please note: the EC/ECE type approval of the Slip-On Line becomes invalid with this installation.
