Description
Crafted from high-grade lightweight titanium, the Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system for the BMW M5 (G90, G99) delivers a powerful combination of performance and refined design. It is EC/ECE type-approved and specifically developed for vehicles equipped with gasoline particulate filters, reducing overall weight by 31.8% (6.1 kg) compared to the stock system.
This advanced system includes in-house cast components like exhaust valve housings and unique collectors, with increased main tube diameter to optimize flow. Integrated valves allow precise control over sound in different driving modes, offering a deep and sporty tone. The system is paired with a mandatory set of either hexagonal or round carbon-fibre and titanium tailpipes, both with acoustic reflectors designed to subtly direct part of the sound back toward the cabin.
Performance gains are impressive: +5.2 kW of power and +24.3 Nm of torque at 2,050 rpm, verified on the Akrapovič dyno against stock configuration. The system is plug-and-play with no remapping needed. Additional upgrades include an optional carbon diffuser, rear lip, link pipe, and sound kit—designed for track use only. Note: Installation requires cutting of the stock exhaust. Please follow installation instructions carefully.
