The Evolution Header Set (Titanium) for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS / S/T (992) – 2025 is a race-bred exhaust upgrade developed alongside the Slip-On Race Line (Titanium). Made from high-grade titanium, the components are sandblasted and coated to enhance durability and performance. The header design routes exhaust gas flow precisely, improving power delivery and exhaust efficiency. The inclusion of cast titanium manifold crossover pipes, a design borrowed from motorsport applications, marks its first use in an Akrapovič aftermarket system.

This exhaust system offers a significant weight reduction of 3.8 kg — 28% lighter than stock — and boosts performance by +14.4 kW at 4,750 rpm and +49.4 Nm at 2,600 rpm. Tuned quarter-length resonators with catalytic converters ensure a clean, rich exhaust note free of distortion. Developed for closed-course circuits only, the system is compatible with Otto particulate filter (OPF) equipped vehicles. ECU remapping is mandatory for vehicles with OPF and recommended for those without.
